Managing Partner
Joseph is the Managing Partner of the firm since its establishment in 2001. He has been a practicing accountant since 1989. He specializes in forensic accounting, tax, and consulting services, including expert witness testimony. Joseph, after more than 3 decades of practicing, prioritizes a hands-on approach to his work and is fully committed to our clients and their satisfaction.
He holds several certifications in accounting, financial forensics, valuation, and fraud investigation. In addition, Joseph teaches undergraduate and graduate accounting courses at the College of Staten Island to spread his wisdom and experiences to future accountants. He is also the author of two published books regarding the prevention of fraud in government and the detection of fraud in organizations.
Joseph is very active in his community, including local governments. He has a strong passion for music and is teaching his young grandson how to play.

Timothy is a Partner of the firm since its establishment in 2001. He has been working as a public accountant since the 1980s. He specializes in individual, business, and estate income taxes as well as IRS tax resolution. He dedicates his time and efforts to resolving clients’ issues, addressing their concerns, and informing them on the best financial advice. Working as a public accountant since the 1980s, Timothy’s expertise is unmatched.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Timothy holds licenses in accounting and financial management, as well as a certification in financial forensics. He is a member of several associations for Certified Public Accountants and of the New Jersey League of Municipalities.
He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two grandchildren, and visiting his son in Colorado.
